We’re Stephanie and Ryan Copeland
Since 2021, we’ve been putting down roots (and a fair
amount of hay) here on our small farm and homestead in
Fulton, Missouri. We raise Black Angus and Wagyu cattle,
a flock of Katahdin sheep, and a very opinionated crew
of chickens — and we grow as much of our own food as we
possibly can.
Around here, “from scratch” isn’t just a phrase. Between
preserving our own produce, baking sourdough, and cooking
most meals from the ground up (sometimes literally), we’re
doing our best to live the kind of life that’s a little
slower, a little dirtier, and a lot more satisfying.
Our Philosophy: Working with nature, not against it.
We’re dedicated to sustainable and regenerative farming
practices. Our mission is simple: raise high-quality,
naturally raised livestock and crops, and build a real
connection between our community and the food they eat.
